Head of Employment, David Andrews chaired a panel of experts last night on the huge and often daunting topic of ‘How to manage employment matters as your company grows’.

The latest in Lee & Thompson’s long-running series of ‘How to’ events in partnership with Soho House, David was joined by Aaisha Dadral, founder and CEO of CRAVE Communications and Jeff Wellstead, from the Digital Works Group and discussed the greatest asset of all creative businesses: its people.

David addressed a packed room of owner-managers of start-ups and SMEs, exploring key issues including employee retention and incentivisation techniques as well as some of the most common questions asked by business owners.
