Lee & Thompson acts in sale of World Productions

Malcolm Murray, Head of Corporate acted for independent TV production company, World Productions in the sale of a majority stake of the business to ITV.

World Productions is one the UK’s foremost drama producers with several big hit series under its belt including Line of Duty (BBC) and Born to Kill (Channel 4).

The deal, announced last week, is the latest in a series of high profile TV industry deals on which the team at Lee & Thompson has worked including acting for Lionsgate UK on its recent investment inPrimal Media and Potboiler TV.
