Although we advise on all sectors, we are corporate media specialists with particular expertise in corporate media deals across all entertainment related business sectors. This includes film and TV, music, live events, advertising and sport.
We also work closely with other specialists in the firm who can offer invaluable cross-media expertise during the deal process particularly on due diligence exercises and in relation to commercial points on media transactions where in depth sector knowledge is invaluable.
