The firm has introduced a more focused approach to its non-music talent representation with the recent formation of a dedicated Talent Group. Through this initiative, we have become the only leading UK-based entertainment law firm with a specialist talent representation division which focuses on the creative and business needs of individual talent.
Many of our talent clients have a team of agents and/or managers and other advisors. We are not looking to take on the role of agents and managers but rather to work with them and their individual clients to advise on their overall commercial activities and to add value to any deal. Our excellent industry connections and our knowledge and experience of so many deals, means that we are well positioned to achieve this. For some of our clients, if this is required by them and their agents/managers, we adopt an entrepreneurial approach in terms of helping set career paths and in raising finance and sourcing appropriate deals.
