Cathy-Ann Davies
Cathy-Ann joined Lee & Thompson in 2011 from City firm Herbert Smith, where she spent several years as a litigator working on a number of high profile media disputes.
She now works in the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Brand Protection Groups, where she advises a broad range of clients on the full spectrum of contentious entertainment issues, ranging from defamation and privacy work, to copyright claims and contractual disputes.
Well versed in High Court litigation, arbitration and mediation as well as pre-action strategic advice and settlement negotiations, Cathy-Ann is also a qualified solicitor advocate.
