Chrissie Edgar - Associate, Corporate & Commercial

Chrissie is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial department where she advises on corporate mergers and acquisitions and investment deals in both the media space and also across the wider creative industries.

Prior to joining Lee & Thompson, Chrissie gained experience in advising on multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions and investment deals at magic circle firm Allen & Overy where she completed her training contract and spent six months as a secondee in its Madrid office. Chrissie has advised on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint venture structures, spanning industry sectors including financial institutions, digital and technology.

Chrissie read History at Durham before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP.
