Noorjhan Flanagan


Noorjhan qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and with a desire to combine her longstanding passion for music and law, she has developed a specialism in the music and entertainment industries.

Before joining Lee & Thompson in April 2015, Noorjhan worked as an in-house lawyer for Universal Music where she became Head of Legal and Business Affairs across the Decca Records and Decca Classics labels. She has invaluable commercial knowledge and expertise in dealing with a broad range of artists and musical genres including indie, pop, jazz, dance, hip hop, beat boxing and classical. She has experience working with both new emerging talent and established high profile artists.

A member of Lee & Thompson’s thriving Music Group, Noorjhan currently advises clients on a variety of matters across the music industry including recording artists, writers, composers, managers, producers, mixers, record labels, publishers and digital content owners.
