A corporate lawyer advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across the creative sectors.
Will advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, investments, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advisory matters. He has experience working with businesses across a number of sectors, including real estate, food and drink, healthcare and automotive.
Prior to joining Lee & Thompson, Will trained and qualified at a large regional firm, Thomson Snell & Passmore, where he advised a broad range of clients from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate groups on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Will qualified in March 2022. Prior to starting his training contract, he studied Law at University of Exeter before completing the LPC at The University of Law, after which he gained experience in the Dispute Resolution department at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer working on a high-profile group action litigation relating to product liability in the automotive sector.
