A corporate lawyer advising businesses and individuals in the technology, creative and leisure industries across the whole of the corporate life cycle, from structuring start-ups, through fundraising rounds and investments, to business acquisitions and exits. His clients include founders, entrepreneurs, funds and established businesses.

Joshua has over 20 years of experience advising clients in the technology, creative and leisure industries on corporate matters, including business acquisitions and sales, debt and equity investments, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements/arrangements, reorganisations and Companies Act compliance.

Joshua joined Lee & Thompson from sports, fashion and outdoor brands owner Pentland Brands plc where he was a member of their in-house legal team. Prior to this, he trained as a solicitor in the City before joining a West End media practice.

  • Advising the shareholders of architectural visualisation studio The Boundary on its investment by Mobeus Equity Partners.
