Alice is a Trade Mark Attorney in Lee & Thompson’s Dispute Resolution department, having joined in 2023. She assists clients with matters relating to trade mark law across the creative industries, with particular expertise in the film, television and music sectors.
Her work includes brand clearance for use in the marketplace or registration at the IP offices, national and multi-jurisdictional trade mark filing strategies, as well as dispute resolution.
Alice brings trade mark and IP law experience from an in-house legal role, as well as private practice positions at a boutique IP firm and an international firm.
Whilst studying Law at St. Mary’s University, Alice advised at both a local Citizens Advice Bureau and Richmond Legal Advice Service. Additionally, she was a member of the university’s Law Society and held a Student Ambassador role.
