Martin manages the Finance department on a day-to-day basis, with responsibility for the firm’s financial operations and overall business performance, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis and statutory reporting.
He is an FCCA-qualified accountant with over 30 years’ post-qualification experience, including 28 years in the legal sector. During this time, Martin has worked across six law firms, three of which are ranked among the UK’s top 25.
He has extensive experience working closely with senior management, heads of department and fellow finance leaders. Prior to joining Lee & Thompson, Martin held roles at Taylor Wessing, Nabarro LLP and Fieldfisher LLP over a 20-year period.
