Lee & Thompson is a multi-discipline law firm with a stellar reputation for representing the creative industries. The Business Development & Marketing team are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior BD & Marketing Executive to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior BD & Marketing Executive to work as part of our BD & Marketing team (team of 3) supporting with the delivery of a responsive, proactive and professional Marketing & BD service to the business that supports our growth plans. The ideal candidate will have solid experience leading and supporting on day to day business development initiatives, planning and delivering on client events and seminars and general marketing experience.

You will bring a proactive, commercially minded approach to business development and marketing initiatives, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events and marketing ideas. A genuine interest in working with clients in the creative, media, or technology sectors would be desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative team, demonstrates sound judgment, and takes ownership of their work. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, develop client relationships, and expand your expertise in a supportive environment that values both initiative and ongoing professional development.
