At Lee & Thompson, the People and Talent team play a key role in supporting the strategic plans of the firm and in providing a high quality and approachable people function. Karen is also passionate about inclusion and belonging and champions the work that the firm does across the firm.
Throughout her career, Karen has over 25 years’ experience of Professional Services, including legal and management consultancy, as well as experience in the creative industries and charity sectors. Karen has thrived in the variety that comes from supporting high performing, diverse teams across the full employee lifecycle from early careers to management and leadership development.
