Harrison Clark - Associate, Corporate & Commercial

Harrison joined Lee & Thompson in 2023 as an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department, advising clients in the creative industries on commercial matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Harrison trained at Macfarlanes and qualified into its Commercial department, where he worked as an Associate for two years. During this time, Harrison advised clients on commercial aspects of corporate transactions, as well as standalone commercial, IP and data protection work.  He also gained first-hand in house experience at during secondments at Legal & General and at PRS for Music, focussing on data protection. Harrison also worked as a Litigation paralegal at Kennedys Law in Sydney.

Harrison completed the GDL at the University of Law and the LPC at BPP, having previously read Philosophy at Bristol University.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Harrison spent a year teaching English in Spain.
