At the end of April, we were pleased to welcome Dr Chantelle Lewis, who spoke to us about racism, unconscious bias and allyship in the workplace.

It was an engaging and thought-provoking lunchtime session which explored systemic inequalities and how these shape our daily life. Dr Lewis offered practical insights on recognising and challenging our own biases and her talk encouraged open dialogue, highlighting the importance of intentional allyship in creating inclusive and equitable spaces.

The session was an integral part of L&T’s diversity and inclusion calendar and goes toward our commitment to fostering a diverse and supportive workplace.
