Daniel Smith - Senior Associate, Corporate

Daniel is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate group where he advises clients across the creative sectors on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint venture arrangements and general corporate matters – with a particular focus on the technology sector.

Daniel has experience in assisting clients with both buy-side and sell-side advice and with Series Seed, Series A (and beyond) funding rounds.

Prior to joining Lee & Thompson in 2025, Daniel worked at international law firm Mishcon de Reya as a Managing Associate.
