We are delighted to have acted for award-winning energy management and sustainability consultancy, Verco in its sale to global consulting business, BIP – as announced this week.

Both companies, which are B-Corp certified in the UK, work with clients across the industrial, central government, retail, and commercial real estate sectors to reduce their environmental impacts and develop net zero strategies.

With this acquisition, BIP and Verco demonstrate their joint dedication to sustainability and addressing climate change. The 80-strong, UK-based Verco team will join forces with BIP’s 5000+-strong global team.
