We are delighted to announce the appointment of experienced Corporate lawyer, James (Jim) Beshoff today (3 October 2016) as a Consultant to the firm’s established Corporate & Commercial Department.

Jim qualified in 1986 and was an equity partner at the City practice of what is now DACBeachcroft. In 2003 Jim moved to establish his own practice, Beshoffs Solicitors, which, has been advising on ‘smaller’ corporate transactions for a range of clients across a broad spectrum of industries including many in the creative industries. His focus has been on owner-managed businesses and clients.

His client base and expertise perfectly complements that of the existing Corporate practice at Lee & Thompson which, ably led by Malcolm Murray, is going from strength to strength acting for clients across the media, entertainment and wider creative industries. The three Partner, three Associate Group was recently boosted further by the appointment of Employment partner, David Andrews.

Both Jim and Lee & Thompson work on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, start-ups, joint venture arrangements, private equity investments, shareholders agreements, reorganisations and share & asset sales and disposals.
