Lee & Thompson, one of the UK’s leading law firms for the media and creative industries, is delighted to announce the appointment of experienced corporate and technology lawyer Andy Moseby to the Partnership.

In the first lateral hire since announcing its proactive strategy for growth, Lee & Thompson will boost its existing Corporate practice with Andy’s arrival in February 2024. Andy has significant expertise in, and a real passion for, all technology-related issues including digitalization, AI and emerging technologies. His experience will further position the firm as a market leader in addressing the fast-moving opportunities and challenges facing the creative industries.

Andy was one of the senior partners of Kemp Little, spending 19 years at the firm, ten as an equity partner and head of its Digital Media practice. In February 2021, he was part of the equity partner team that led the successful integration of Kemp Little into Deloitte Legal which doubled the size of Deloitte’s legal business, becoming end-to-end M&A lead at Deloitte Legal as a result.

For over 15 years, Lee & Thompson’s Corporate team, led by Malcolm Murray, has been successfully advising both creative talent and corporations operating across the creative space, on many significant corporate transactions. Andy will work closely with Malcolm to further develop the Corporate practice as well as supporting the growth of the firm’s Digital and Technology practice.

Andy’s arrival will bring the Lee & Thompson partnership to 32, the largest in the firm’s 40 year history, while the firm continues to seek like-minded individuals and teams to build on and expand its client offering.
