Ria Sadrudin - Associate, Corporate & Commercial

Ria is an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial Department. She advises those in the creative and technology sectors on a range of corporate matters.

Ria brings experience in advising on corporate and commercial matters from her time as an Associate at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP. Prior to this, Ria trained at Shoosmiths LLP where her seats included corporate, real estate and corporate restructuring. She also has in-house legal experience from her time as a Paralegal in a fashion house.

Having read Classical Civilisation and English at the University of Nottingham, Ria went on to complete the LLB and LPC at BPP University London.

Outside of work, Ria has an interest in music and travelling.
