BBC Films Director interviewed at Lee & Thompson

It’s 2018 and the dialogue around gender imbalance in the media industries is louder than ever. The ever-popular Female Film Leaders career talks programme for up-and-coming female film executives resumed at Lee & Thompson last night as we welcomed the director of BBC Films, Rose Garnett.

Having joined from Film 4 where she previously was Head of Creative, Rose offered advice on taking career risks and spoke in detail about her path to this position at the BBC, where she is responsible for the development of a large and eclectic slate of feature film projects and managing relationships with creative talent.

Lee & Thompson continues to support the Female Film Leaders forum, which is sponsored by Sharp House and Bankside Films.
