31st October 2022

We are absolutely delighted to announce that two members of our Video Games Team – Rebecca King and Elaahe Farsimadan – have been appointed as Ambassadors of Women in Games as part of their Ambassador Programme.

Women in Games is a not-for-profit organisation striving to build a fair, equal and safe environment empowering girls and women in the global gaming ecosystem.  The Women in Games Ambassador programme is made of over 1000 individuals across the world, working to raise awareness to achieve full parity of opportunity and equity of treatment for all women working, or wanting to work, in the games industry and esports.

Rebecca and Elaahe are integral members of the thriving Video Games team at Lee & Thompson working with clients across the games world.

Julian Ward, Head of Video Games said:

“We have long supported the vital work of Women in Games and I am so happy that Rebecca and Elaahe have been selected as Ambassadors.  There should be no inequality in the Games world and over the years working in this sector, I have seen a growing number of women working across the industry.  This will continue to improve and we support Women in Games in their mission to make the industry and attractive and safe place for women to thrive.”
