April Gordon - Senior Associate, Employment

April is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Employment team.  She advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating service agreements, employment agreements, consultancy agreements and company handbooks;
• General employment advice for businesses and individuals in relation to all aspects of the employment relationship, including terminations and dismissals;
• Restructuring and TUPE transfers;
• Bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal.

April studied Biomedical Chemistry at the University of Warwick and subsequently converted to law. She then trained at a West End firm prior to joining Lee & Thompson in 2016.  April also co-runs the Instagram feed @wp.employment, where she posts tips and updates on employment-related matters.
