Josh Colby - Associate, Digital & Tech

Josh is an Associate in Lee & Thompson’s Digital & Technology Group specialising in digital media, interactive entertainment and technology. Josh advises on issues across the videogames sector such as games development, publishing, licensing, IP protection and compliance.

Before joining Lee & Thompson in 2023, Josh trained at CMS. He brings valuable in-house experience having been seconded to IBM during his training contract and prior to that, working as a Senior Paralegal at Improbable Worlds Limited, a video game and metaverse technology company.

Josh read Law at the University of Southampton before completing his LPC at The University of Law in Exeter.
